The Story of Higui
Eva Analia Dejesus "Higui" for girlfriends is currently living in her mother's house after her liberation waiting for the final sentence in her trial. Higui is lesbian and she was freed after being detained for 8 months tried for manslaughter after defending herself against a gang who planned to apply a corrective violation. She was previously attacked on three other occasions, they also burned her house, killed her dog and stole her bicycle. On the fourth attack, on October 25,2016, Higui had gone to visit her sister Mariana. They cornered her in a hallway at nine o'clock at night, beat her, pulled her pants down, ripped her boxer and shouted: "We are going to make you feel like a woman. We're going to impale you". They tried to rape her but she took out a knife that she carried in case she was attacked again and stabbed in the heart Cristian Esposito, the man who was directing the rogue and was lying completely on her body. No one component of the gang was detained, just her. After a long fight on the streets who involved all the gay community and all the Ni una Menos movement she was finally freed on Jun,15,2017. She is hoping for her absolution. Her sentence was historical and really a consequence of all the fight that thounsands of women made in the streets of all the country. Football is her great passion. She's a great fan of Boca Juniors's team. Her surname "Higui" is coming from the famous goalkeeper of the Colombian football team Renè Higuita cause she also played as a goolkeeper and she had long curly hairs. Higuita also supported her during her imprisonment. She was part of the local team since many years.
